Supercritical BDF Technology

The suppression of fossil fuels is needed to suppress air pollution such as PM2.5, and the use of bio fuel is effective.

The Summary

By using high reactivity in supercritical state, it is possible to make raw materials which is uncatalyst, low quality and inexpensive ※BDF.
※It is possible to use raw materials such as animal fats and oils, sewage oil (gutter oil) and dark oil, etc. which can not be processed with the conventional method.

【Achievements】 The commercial supercritical BDF plant under our patent license is in operation in Illinois, USA. (2015) / The plant with budget of U.S. Department of Energy (5 million gallon per year, 19,000 kl)
